Executive Bespoke is the international private-travel service of Executive Travel. We treat the personal information you share with us with care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This notice explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

When you request a consultation we collect the details you provide in the form: your name, who you are acting on behalf of (optional), your email address and telephone number, a rough destination and timing, and anything you choose to tell us. When you sign up to our newsletter we collect your email address. Our hosting provider also processes basic technical information (such as your IP address in server logs) to deliver and secure the site.
We use your enquiry solely to respond to you and, if you wish to continue, to design and arrange your journey — steps taken at your request. Where we rely on a legal basis, this is the taking of steps prior to an agreement and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. We send the newsletter only to people who have confirmed their subscription (consent), and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us operate: Mailchimp (newsletter delivery), Microsoft 365 (our correspondence), Vercel (website hosting), and Vimeo and Google Fonts (delivery of video and typography on the site). We never sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed for our relationship with you and to meet any legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email private@executivebespoke.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
We use only the cookies needed to make the site work and to show embedded video. Embedded Vimeo players and Google Fonts may set their own cookies. You can read more in our Cookie Policy and manage your choices there.
