These terms apply to your use of the Executive Bespoke website. Executive Bespoke presents the private-travel advisory service of Executive Travel. Please read them before using the site.
This website is for information and to request a private consultation. No booking is made and no travel contract is concluded through the site itself.
Submitting the consultation form places you under no obligation and does not create an agreement. Any journey we design for you is agreed separately and in writing.
Where you ask us to proceed, your travel is arranged by Executive Travel under its professional memberships and the applicable travel and booking terms, which we provide at that stage.
All text, photography, video and design on this site are owned by or licensed to Executive Travel and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our prior written permission.
We take care to keep the information on this site correct and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Any links to external sites are provided for convenience and are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Travel is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website.
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
